The house has an exceptional kitchen one has to see to believe all the bells and braces that goes with it!! The cupboards are done in the highest quality made in Germany. The roof of the kitchen slides open with a remote control, exposing the skies and giving the feeling of cooking out in the open.
The main entertainment kitchen has a tepanyaki plate with its own level fan extractor, a built-in wok, a grill station and gas hob with fan extractor. Another feature is an eye level oven with all functions for gourmet cooking. Around the cooking stations is a seating area for 8 people.
The cooking kitchen is seperated from the main kitchen with a big swing door done in funky boat style with round windows. This kitchen has a microwave, gas hob and electrical oven, walk in pantry, and large scullery and laundromat.
The bar is a beautiful feature, with funky fibre optic lights, changing colour to create an amazing atmosphere, bar fridge, icemaker and prepbowl.
The jacuzzi overlooks the golf course and is seperated from the sauna and the steamroom by a sliding door. The swimming pool is heated and done in a charcoal fibre glass with a coping made from the same tiles as inside the house.
All doors leading to the outside terrace and deck are aluminium stack folding doors.
A cigar humidor compliments the bar area.
A beautiful wine cellar with glass panels allow for over 800 wine bottles.
The main bedroom is a dream!! The dressing rooms are done in full-house mirrors and cupboard galore!! The dressing room leads out onto a private deck. Above the bed the roof opens with a remote to enable you to sleep under the stars!! The main suite has a fire place and underfloor heating throughout.
From the main bathroom you walk into a Zen garden with a wooden deck for relaxation. The bathroom has two separate enclosed toilets with bidets and basins, a free standing bath ideal for two people and a shower with 4 waterfall showerheads for two people to shower similtaneously. All hanging vanities are fitted with front mirrors and double basins are standing on transluscent glass.
There are two fitted kitchens upstairs and three lounges. A staircase leads onto the roof of the house for watching the sun set in the late afternoon.
The water main supply runs through a water purifying system allowing one to drink water from any tap on the property.
